The backbone (no pun intended) of our educational system has to be in the research we conduct. To conduct such research requires considerable funding. To obtain the funding requires a research base that is credible. Each college has the potential of being a base for Institute research programs. These cooperative efforts will assist the Institute in obtaining the funding. The colleges may utilize these funds to meet their State and National requirements. Subdivisions are:
