In a profession that is 112 years old, material has become either outdated or is based on unproven theories. It was proposed over 20 years ago that a department of Comparative Studies be developed to evaluate all procedures in chiropractic to determine the level of accuracy. This would not be a matter of discouragement of new ideas, but would allow for these ideas to be tested, evaluated and hopefully proven.
