Each college has to continually strive to meet its ever mounting budget. Tuition has skyrocketed and limits the ability of the colleges to expand in the manner which would be best for the college, students and the profession.  The Institute would strive to raise funds for all of the colleges and develop programs that would insure ongoing funding for many mutually beneficial programs in health care and in research.
