The administration of the Institute has been through the efforts of its Founder, First President, and current Administrator, Gerald L. Coy, D.C. Dr. Coy and his staff has maintained the Institute in good standing with the IRS and has its activities stored in Dr. Coy's files until such time as the Institute is able to conduct itself independently. Within the year, there will be the necessity of a full-time assistant to maintain the records and activities of the Institute.
